Our Guarantee
You may return any item (excluding Bridesmaids dresses, Necklace sets & Lingeries) that you are unhappy with , within 7 days and immediately receive an internet store credit towards the purchase of any other item on the site. You will be charged a return/restocking fee of $30.00 and you must pay for the return shipping.
All returns require a return authorization tag that must be requested from the us directly. We will send you the proper authorization tag and instructions which must be on the outside of any return, otherwise it will be refused. You may not exchange your Bridal gown for another size, as we expect you to MEASURE YOURSELF with a tape measure before you order. Based upon those measurements, you must select a size that you will be comfortable with, knowing that most formal items will require some alterations for a perfect fit. Please do not just order the dress size that you wear. ALWAYS MEASURE WITH A TAPE MEASURE. For returns on other lines we carry (Flower girls, Bridesmaids, M-O-B), shoes and other accessories, Please call us within 10 days of receipt and we'll mail out the slip to return the items with.
We will not accept garments that have been washed or worn. We will gladly replace, refund or credit your account - no questions asked. However, we do not refund freight charges. We sell only first quality goods.
Most of our Bridesmaids dresses are Custom MADE to FIT. Please do not go by the Sizes only, It is important to include your appropriate measurements when you place an ORDER. CUSTOM MADE OUTFITs are not RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE.
Availability:
All our product, the dress designs and prices are subject to change without notice. Any out-of-stock item and Back-ordered orders will be considered as Pending until the orders are filled. You will be notified when the orders are in stock.
Delivery:
For domestic deliveries, 8 to 10 business days is required. A gap of 2 to 3 weeks should be given from the date of the initial order placement.
For International orders/deliveries, 2 - 5 weeks is required.
Invoices:
All order invoices are included in the order.
Payment Method:
Through PAYPAL - by clicking on the Add to Cart and Place Order Buttons. (Visa, Master card, Amex, Discover Cards are accepted)
Through Money Order (Canadian Orders), International Money Order in USD (for USA and International Orders)
Through Certified Bank Checks.
Through Wire Transfer, Please send an email to info@joanniesbridal.com for wire transfer details.
All air and overseas shipments must be prepaid. We reserve the right to request prepayment to cover freight charges for new customers and also on certain orders
Custom Duties:
Joannies' Bridal will not be responsible for any shipment clearing, customs, duties and taxes imposed on your order.
Shipping Companies:
International Shipping goes through BAX GLOBAL Cargo by Air in 5 business days for Wholesale items.
International Shipping also done by UPS ground or other expedited UPS delivery. (Call for a quote)
Local Shipping via Purolator Courier, for both Wholesale and Retail done locally in Canada.
Insurance: All Packages are automatically insured for their full value. In case of receipt of damaged shipment, or if any package is missing, please file claim directly with the carrier and notify us so that we may follow up.
Refused Shipment: A 15% restocking charge, plus the freight charge, will be levied and billed by us on any unclaimed or refused shipment.
